Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive located in Salem. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing customer accounts, identifying new business opportunities, forecasting sales, and negotiating and closing deals to achieve sales targets. The Account Executive will also be responsible for maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • Sales and Business Development skills
  • Customer Relationship Management skills
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with textile industry or similar sales experience is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience in sales, account management, and customer service is preferred. An understanding of financial statements and forecasting is also beneficial.
