Unser Labour Relations Specialist ist eine weitreichende und einflussreiche Position. Technisch gesehen unterstützt du Scoober, den Logistik- und Operations-Zweig unseres Unternehmens. Dein wichtigster Stakeholder ist der Betriebsrat. Du vertrittst das Unternehmen in dieser wichtigen Rolle. Dabei arbeitest Du an Implementierungen, wie beispielsweise neuen IT Tools und sonstigen Mitbestimmungen und bist dabei das entscheidende Bindeglied zwischen dem Betriebsrat und Just Eat
Bei dieser Position spielst Du eine Schlüsselrolle als Bindeglied zwischen dem Unternehmen und dem Gesamtbetriebsrat und dem Gesamtwirtschaftsausschuss und übernimmst globale Projekte und setzt diese lokal um. Außerdem gehört zu Deinen Aufgaben:
- Beratung und Begleitung der Geschäftsführung und der Departments sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Stakeholdern in allen relevanten betriebsverfassungsrechtlichen Fragestellungen
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Gesamtbetriebsrat und dem Gesamtwirtschaftsausschuss sowie Verhandlung von Betriebsvereinbarungen
- Organisation und Übernahme von Betriebsratsverhandlungen in Einigungsstellen
- Innovative, praxisnahe und bedarfsgerechte Gestaltung von betriebsverfassungsrechtlichen Strategien
- Übernahme globaler Projekt zur lokalen Umsetzung
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den örtlichen und zentralen Schnittstellen
- Schulungen der Organisation zu kollektivrechtlichen Fragen und Vorgehensweisen
- Lösen von kollektivrechtlichen Herausforderungen, um rechtliche Risiken zu minimieren
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes juristisches, betriebswirtschaftliches oder psychologisches Studium
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit deutschen Betriebsräten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Ausarbeitung und Verhandlung von Betriebsvereinbarungen
- Problemlösungsfähigkeit, analytische Fähigkeiten und diplomatisches Geschick, Teamplayer mit pragmatischen Ansatz
- Erfahrung in Projektmanagement in internationalen Umfeld von Vorteil
- Sicherer Umgang mit Management und dem Betriebsrat
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten mit einer Vielzahl von Interessengruppen
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise
- Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch (in Wort und Schrift)
