Für unsere Abteilung Group Internal Control System suchen wir Dich als Unterstützung für das Team.
Aufgaben:
- Konzeptionelle Mitarbeit bei der Gestaltung und Weiterentwicklung des Internen Kontrollsystems.
- Betreuung bestimmter Konzerngesellschaften und Regionen hinsichtlich Einhaltung und Umsetzung relevanter Kontrollen.
- Prozessoptimierung und Steigerung der Effizienz bestehender Abläufe sowie die Etablierung neuer Kontrollstandards.
- Überwachung der Risikolandschaft und adäquate Integration in das bestehende Interne Kontrollsystem.
- Identifikation gesellschaftsspezifischer Risiken und Entwicklung entsprechender Maßnahmen zu ihrer Eindämmung.
- Unabhängige Evaluierung von Kontrolldokumentationen und Ableitung potenzieller Verbesserungen.
- Durchführung von Schulungen und Trainings zum Internen Kontrollsystem sowie Verbreitung von Best Practices.
Anforderungen:
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder ein vergleichbarer Abschluss (idealerweise Master).
- Relevante Berufserfahrung in einem Industrie- oder Beratungsunternehmen ist von Vorteil.
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich interne Kontroll- und Compliance-Systeme sowie deren Anwendung und Überprüfung.
- Ausgeprägte Eigeninitiative und die Fähigkeit, Verbesserungspotenziale zu erkennen und deren Umsetzung voranzutreiben.
- Verständnis von Prozessen und die Fähigkeit, diese ganzheitlich zu analysieren.
- Starke analytisch-konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und eigenständige Arbeitsweise.
- Hervorragende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
- Sehr gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere in Excel; SAP-Kenntnisse sind ein Plus.
- Kommunikationsstärke und Durchsetzungsvermögen.
- Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen im In- und Ausland.
