Ihre Rolle

Als Product Owner in der Business Unit Semiconductor Mask Solutions der ZEISS Group am Standort Jena arbeiten Sie in einem Entwicklungsprojekt für die Maskentechnologie von morgen. Insbesondere zählen folgende wichtige Aufgaben dazu:

  • Sie definieren und priorisieren Hardware-Produktmerkmale und Spezifikationen auf Grundlage von Informationen der anderen am Projekt beteiligten (Entwicklungs-)Teams
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit den technischen Teams zusammen, um die Entwicklung neuer HPC-Hardwareprodukte von der Konzeption bis zur Markteinführung zu begleiten
  • Sie Verwalten das Produkt Backlog und stellen sicher, dass das Team stets an Projekten mit hoher Wirkung arbeitet, die mit den strategischen Zielen übereinstimmen.
  • Aufbau und Pflege enger Beziehungen zu wichtigen Interessengruppen, wie Partnern und internen Teams, um detaillierte Hardwareanforderungen zu erfassen und zu erfüllen
  • Leitung funktionsübergreifender Teams mit Hilfe agiler Methoden, um qualitativ hochwertige Produkte fristgerecht und innerhalb des Budgets zu liefern
  • Überwachung und Analyse der Produktleistung nach der Markteinführung, um kontinuierliche Verbesserungen und Kundenzufriedenheit zu gewährleisten
  • Sie bleiben eigenständig auf dem Laufenden über Fortschritte bei HPC-Hardwaretechnologien und die Wettbewerbslandschaft, um strategische Entscheidungen zu treffen

Ihr Profil

  • abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in Informatik, Elektrotechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Feld
  • ausgeprägter technischer Hintergrund mit tiefem Verständnis von Hardware-Architekturen, GPU/CPU-Technologien und zugehörigen Software-Ökosystemen
  • mehrjährige Erfahrung im Bereich der agilen Projektentwicklung sowie ausgezeichnete Projektmanagementfähigkeiten
  • zusätzliche Erfahrung im Bereich Projektentwicklung von Vorteil
  • sicheres Auftreten, ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Überzeugungsfähigkeit sowie lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten
  • zielgerichtete, selbständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, auch im technisch komplexen Umfeld
  • Fähigkeit zum schnellen Kontextwechsel
  • sehr gute Deutsch- (C1-C2) und Englischkenntnisse (B2-C1) in Wort und Schrift
