For our Logistic Network EMEA team we are looking for an intern (m/f/diverse) for a period of 6 months, starting by September, who will actively support us at our Hanover location. The activity takes place both, onsite and remote.
This internship offers you the opportunity to be part of a dynamic international working environment, to get to know the cooperation with various key stakeholders in the Supply Chain division and working in a multidisciplinary matrix organization.
Your tasks include the following activities:
- Collaboration in the optimization of the Logistic Network EMEA
- Support in European tenders in the storage and transport sector
- Operational support of global container management
- Preparation, review and evaluation of logistics reports
- Students in the field of business administration, industrial engineering or comparable field of study, ideally with a specialization/specialization in logistics and/or transport engineering or a comparable field of study
- Basic experience in logistics
- Confident handling of MS Office programs
- Very good English and good German language skills (written and spoken)
- Ability to work in a team and the ability to work in a dynamic environment
- Structured and independent way of working
- Analytical thinking skills and good numerical comprehension
- Independent way of working, high level of commitment, flexibility, creativity
- Teamwork, organizational and communication skills
