Aufgaben

As an intern, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Design Thinking Center in Frankfurt. You will work closely with various departments, providing administrative support and assisting with a range of tasks to keep the office running smoothly.

What you'll be doing

  • Be the first point of contact for administrative matters related to the DTC Frankfurt office.
  • Maintain communication with office vendors.
  • Work closely with the Facility Management department.
  • Help organize company events, trainings, and client workshops.
  • Provide technical support for the TVs, Google Meets hardware, and sound system during major company events.
  • Manage the supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Coordination of travel arrangements for the German team.
  • Assist in the preparation of presentations and other documents.
  • Support offers and proposals for customers, design presentations.
  • Provide general support to other team members as required.
  • Promote client engagements with the DTC Frankfurt.
  • Execute initiatives focused on improving employee well-being and encourage office attendance.
Anforderungen
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills. German and English- mandatory.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
