Wir suchen eine:n Project Lead die/der die Führungsrolle bei einem oder mehreren unserer Re/Upskilling-Projekte übernimmt. Du besitzt einen guten Geschäftssinn und führst Projekte in allen Phasen der Zusammenarbeit gemeinsam mit deinem Team von Forever Day One. Als Project Lead bist du in unseren Sales involviert und sorgst dafür, dass sich Leads zu starken Projekten entwickeln. Dein Unternehmergeist und dein hohes Maß an Empathie, ermöglichen dir, die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden zu verstehen während dein analytischen und strategischen Fähigkeiten dir erlauben, schnell ein tiefes Verständnis der Gesamtstrategie des Kunden zu gewinnen, sowie die größten Herausforderungen darin zu identifizieren. Du bist ein Teamplayer und weist die Stärken Deines Forever Day-One Teams optimal einzubringen. Dabei bist Du sehr lösungsorientiert und liebst es "out of the box" zu denken. Für Dich steht der Impact im Mittelpunkt und Du hast Freude daran, bestehende Ressourcen smart einzusetzen, um bestmöglich auf diesen Impact einzuzahlen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du führst unsere Kundenprojekte und die Projektteams. Unsere Projekte laufen in der Regel über mehrere Monate, aber bis zu mehreren Jahren. Die Verantwortung des Business Case deiner Kunden und Projekte liegt bei dir.
  • Du baust eine starke Kundenbeziehung als Basis für die Entwicklung und Erweiterung unserer Zusammenarbeit auf.
  • Du identifizierst Möglichkeiten für Up- und Cross-Selling, indem du die Herausforderungen unserer Kunden tief verstehst. Du entwickelst passende Ansätze für Learning & Development-Formate im Themenbereich Re-/Upskilling gemeinsam mit deinem Team und überzeugst damit unsere Kunden.
  • Du unterstützt einen fortlaufenden Verbesserungsprozess für unsere Arbeit und die Zusammenarbeit mit Feedbacks und Retros, intern aber auch mit unseren Kunden.
  • In deinem Team förderst du eine Kultur, die auf unseren Werten aufbaut, wie z.B. Arbeit auf Augenhöhe, kontinuierliches Lernen und Vertrauen untereinander.

Deine Arbeitsweise

  • Du nutzt deine unternehmerische Freiheit, um selbstständig zu arbeiten und deine eigenen Projekte, Kunden, Arbeitsstile und Teams zu entwickeln. Du bringst Inspiration, Mut und Klarheit in alle Interaktionen mit deinem Team und unseren Kunden, vom Sales-Interaktionen über Konzept-Pitches bis hin zu Steuerungsmeetings in laufenden Projekten.
  • Du weißt Deine strategischen und analytischen Fähigkeiten einzusetzen, um schnell die Gesamtstrategie des Kunden zu verstehen und Dich als Berater:in für den Kunden zu etablieren; Du verstehst es als Deine Aufgabe bestehende Gedanken des Kunden zu hinterfragen und Klarheit herzustellen, wie das geplante Projekt auf die Gesamtstrategie einzahlt
  • Du bist mit der Sprache und den Perspektiven verschiedener Stakeholder im Kontext von Corporate L&D und HR vertraut und weißt dich darin zu bewegen.
  • Du kannst einige dieser Methoden im Unternehmenskontext anwenden: Design Thinking, Coaching, Service Design, Product Development.
  • Du weißt, wie man gut mit Herausforderungen und Stress umgeht und gemeinsam mit dem Team Wege findet, qualitativ hochwertige Lösungen zu entwickeln und abzuliefern.
  • Du weißt, wie man Diversität nutzen kann und wie man das Team so managt und unterstützt, dass es sein individuelles Talent auf bestmögliche Weise einsetzen kann.

Du ergänzt uns mit

  • Du bist begeistert von Learning & Development und hast etwa 3-4 Jahre Erfahrung in diesem Bereich, idealerweise mit einem Fokus auf Re- und Upskilling.
  • Du hast mindestens 2 Jahre in einem Beratungs- oder Agenturkontext gearbeitet.
  • Du hast Sales Erfahrung und gehst hier stets nutzerzentriert vor. Du bist erfahren im Einsatz von entsprechenden Tools und Techniken (e.g. Design Thinking, Workshop Gestaltung und Moderation).
  • Du übernimmst den Lead für große Kundenbeziehungen und hast Erfahrung in der strategischen Beratung
  • Du bist erfahren im Management komplexer Projekte inklusive der Verantwortung von Business Cases sowie der Leitung interdisziplinärer Teams.
  • Networking hat für dich eine hohe Relevanz. Du hast daher ein solides Netzwerk im L&D-Bereich.
  • Du sprichst fließend Deutsch (C2) und Englisch (C1 oder höher).
