Your tasks

  • You take the helm to establish and strengthen security in product development by providing solution architectures, processes, methods, tools as well as consulting and training the development teams.
  • You actively support the development teams in complying with security guidelines and mapping security requirements in their software architectures – in accordance with the Security by Design approach.
  • You are responsible for the overall technical safety of our self-developed products and are involved in a lively exchange of technical solutions with the development departments.
  • Together with the development teams, you implement security concepts for various cyber security issues.
  • You keep an eye on the current cyber security threat landscape and make the appropriate deductions for our products.
  • You support regular tests and reviews of our products, tools and processes, including certifications.


your profile

  • You have several years of professional experience in cyber security, OT automation technology and/or software development.
  • You have experience in one or more scripting or programming languages ​​and PLC software development.
  • You can apply standards such as NIST Cyber ​​Security Framework, ISO/IEC 27001 and IEC 62443.
  • You are familiar with at least one automation system (Siemens / B & R / Rockwell).
  • Thanks to your hands-on mentality, you can translate abstract specifications into technical solutions and analyze and solve security problems yourself, from OT to IT to cloud.
  • In addition to your ability to work in a team, you are characterized by your strong sense of responsibility, your communication skills and your problem-solving mindset.
  • You have good written and spoken German and English skills.
