We are seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager in Neu-Isenburg to drive the success of our digital solutions for our Commercial market segment in the field of Flight Operations. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our portfolio go-to-market strategy and will be responsible for positioning our solutions and driving demand for our products in the market. The ideal candidate will have a track record of success in enterprise software product marketing and collaborating across functions to win in the market.

Work with our portfolio of Digital Airline Operation solutions

This role will be a key part of our transformative Digital Airline Operations portfolio ) , which optimizes operational decision-making for the fleet and crew of the world's leading airlines. These solutions improve operational stability, increase efficiencies, and create opportunities to improve crew quality of life ) . You will work at the forefront of emerging technologies including AI, simulation, machine learning, and advanced big data modelling capabilities.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Collaborate with product managers to define and shape the product strategy, ensuring alignment with market needs and business goals.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for our software solutions, including market segmentation, messaging, and positioning strategies. Plan and execute launch strategies for new products and services.
  • Positioning and Messaging : Monitor the competitive landscape and craft compelling and clear value propositions and differentiated messaging for our software products to resonate with target customers and drive demand.
  • Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and industry insights to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction. Analyze and understand customer journeys from prospect to advocate.
  • Sales Enablement: Work closely with the sales team to provide them with the tools and resources needed to effectively sell our products, including sales collateral, training materials, and competitive intelligence.
  • Demand Generation : Partner with Demand Gen marketing to plan and execute programs to drive product awareness and generate leads, including the development of marketing campaigns, content, and digital strategies.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales and customer success, to ensure the successful launch and adoption of products.

This position allows hybrid working pattern.The selected candidate will be required to perform work onsite at the listed location option. This is at the hiring team's discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
  • Significant product marketing and development experience including proven experience in enterprise software product marketing.
  • Deep understanding of market trends, product lifecycles and how these apply to customer needs and solutions.
  • Firm grasp of ways to develop strategic product marketing campaigns.
  • High degree of empathy for others' perspectives and circumstances.
  • Ability to communicate complicated matters very simply and clearly and write effective creative briefs.

Preferred Education & Experience :

People in this role typically have a minimum of a bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience, but it is not unusual for candidates to have a master's degree (MBA) and 5-10 years of experience.
