Your Tasks
  • Your main task is the product support for our Business Integration Suite. This includes, among other things, the recording and classification of support cases
  • You solve support cases independently via remote maintenance or together with the 3rd level support team
  • You do not only fix errors, but also improve the operation of SEEBURGER solutions together with the customer through appropriate problem management
  • For our premium customers, you will take on the role of Designated Support Engineer and ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction through close cooperation with the customer
  • In addition to classic product support, you will assist the support team with software updates, system analyses and projects in the service environment
Your Profile
  • You have a good basic IT knowledge (network, operating system, ERP user knowledge)
  • You have a solid education, e.g. IHK degree in information technology, studies in business information technology or comparable qualifications
  • Knowledge in IT administration, system or application support
  • Ideally, you are familiar with the EDI\B2B, MFT, EAI and API environment and are familiar with communication protocols, server operating systems, application servers and databases.
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
