Dein Impact:

Als (Senior) Manager Regulatory Reporting (m/w/d) übernimmst du die Projektleitung bei Mandanten bei der Interpretation und Implementierung neuer aufsichtsrechtlicher Anforderungen (z.B. CRR II/CRD V oder IFR) - damit trägst du entscheidend zum Unternehmenserfolg bei.

  • Hands-on-Einstieg: Für die Planung, Koordination, Durchführung und Überwachung aufsichtsrechtlicher Prüfungen im Bereich Meldewesen bist du eigenverantwortlich zuständig, inklusive der Berichterstattung und Ergebnispräsentation bei Mandanten
  • Fachwissen: Du beurteilst die Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen im Zuge gesetzlicher Abschlussprüfungen sowie Sonderprüfungen, erstellst Gutachten und Ausarbeitungen und bringst somit dein Know-How als Spezialist:in aktiv ein
  • Vielfalt: Du interpretierst regulatorische Anforderungen und arbeitest bei unseren Mandaten in leitender Position, überwachst Budgets und das laufende Auftragscontrolling
  • Teamwork: Insbesondere im aufsichtsrechtlichen Umfeld arbeitest du interdisziplinär mit anderen Service Lines wie Risk Advisory zusammen und bist verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung deiner Mitarbeiter: innen
  • Wachstum: Beim stetigen Ausbau von Kundenbeziehungen sowie der Optimierung des Serviceportfolios nimmst du eine aktive Rolle ein

Dein Skillset:

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, einem Beratungsunternehmen oder einer Bank im genannten Aufgabengebiet
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in der Betriebs- oder Volkswirtschaftslehre, des (Wirtschafts-) Rechts, der Finanzmathematik oder einer vergleichbaren Ausbildung
  • Profunde Kenntnisse an aufsichtsrechtlichen Fragestellungen und der Regulierung von Finanzinstituten (z.B. CRR, KWG, BCBS, IFR, WpIG etc.)
  • Führungserfahrung, Zahlenaffinität und Lust auf anspruchsvolle Projekte sowie Engagement, Eigenverantwortung und agile Arbeitsweise
  • Reisebereitschaft sowie Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut in Wort und Schrift
