• You oversee reception operations and deliver excellent customer service
• You handle operational and administrative duties: invoicing, timekeeping, online reputation management, quality assessments, and more
• You create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and strive to make their stay memorable
• You maintain high-quality standards in your department
• You lead the front-of-house team in collaboration with the Assistant Hotel Manager
• You thrive in a varied work environment and are available for shifts on weekdays, weekends, and different times of the day

• You have at least 2 years of experience in hospitality as a reception supervisor or receptionist
• You are outgoing, enjoy multitasking in a dynamic setting, and take pleasure in assisting guests
• You are a team player, capable of guiding and developing team members
• You are proficient in a front office system (e.g., ASSD, Fidelio, SIHOT)
• You are fluent in German and English (B1-B2 level), knowledge of other languages is a plus
