During the program, you will also take part in several training sessions, workshops and project work that enhances your professional and personal development.
All this aims at enabling you to hit the ground running after completing the program - and make you familiar with the basics to kickstart your career @ ZEISS.
Possible tasks within the program:
Support the Treasury Operations processes such as payments, cash application and cash flow planningContribute to the implementation project of the new SAP S/4 ERP system in terms of banking and payments and gain experience in driving a project to successTake part in developing and implementing digital payment solutions and make an idea become realityBe part of an international cash management project such as selecting a regional bank or implementing a cash pooling structureSelect and implement a software solution for a dedicated treasury processConduct reviews of treasury processes and bring them to a new levelFirst practical experience gained, for example, in an internship or working student jobProfound experience in common MS Office applications, experience in SAP would be helpfulVery good analytical and conceptual skills with a high affinity for numbersYou strive for excellence, and like working in international teamsYou are motivated to overcome demanding project tasksCuriosity for digital topicsReliable team player with well-advanced communication skillsInternational mobility during the program and also in the future course of professional developmentFluent in English and German, both written and spoken
