In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Viewing/checking enquiry documents
• Forwarding to the technical departments to the purchasing department
• Entry of the enquiry ERP/databases
• Clarification of all questions between customer and processing departments
• Checking the technical calculation
• Pricing based on calculation / offer, preliminary orders, market prices
• Preparation of the commercial calculation
• Calculation of spare parts
• Build and send quotation
• Recording / processing in ERP / databases
• Follow-up with the sales force

Who You Are:

You communicate efficiently in different situations: in private, in small and large groups or in different styles and at different levels. You focus on the highest priorities and put aside less significant tasks.

For this Role, You Will Need:

• Commercial training and, if possible, several years of professional experience
• Experience/mastery with the usual MS Office programmes; knowledge of SAP is an advantage
• Knowledge of export would be advantageous
• Good technical understanding and quick comprehension
• Good communication skills, as well as an analytical, structured and detail-orientated way of working
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
