Your TasksDrive the strengthening of the Internal Control System throughout all Beiersdorf Group entities and functions including:
RCM Improvement
- Monitoring and reporting of "RCM Execution" and "RCM formal Quality Control" to ensure transparency for central functions and escalation process
- Supporting countries to improve RCM execution and formal quality
- Continuous improvement process to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the internal control system (e.g. implementing additional controls, converting detective in preventive controls, ...)
- Driving automation and centralization of control execution
RCM Governance
- RCM Governance coordination – new committee and responsibilities

- University degree in Business Administration
- 7-8 years of relevant experience (thereof 2-3 years in Audit)
- Broad and in-depth knowledge and expertise in financial systems (SAP FI/CO), international finance and accounting practice
- Overall process knowledge in the areas of Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, Tax, Compliance, ...
