Job descriptionTasks

  • Initiation and management of smaller projects
  • Implementation and management of independent projects, such as mental health initiatives
  • Efficient management and control of projects across different locations
  • Cross-location support for events as well as organisation and support for school visits and trade fair appearances
  • Coordination and preparation of the training calendar, including preparation and follow-up of monthly meetings
  • Support in various administrative tasks and activitiesRequirements
    • Successfully completed studies in communication sciences, business administration or international management
    • Initial professional experience in the areas of controlling and project management
    • User knowledge with Google Workspace is an advantage
    • Business fluent in German and English
    • Existing work permit for the EUServices
