Stellenbeschreibung

  • Ausbau und Verbesserung des Produkt- und Produktions-Controllings
  • Durchführung, Betreuung und Optimierung der Kosten- und Leistungsrechnung
  • Betreuung und Verbesserung des Kalkulationssystems (Vor- und Nachkalkulationen)
  • Ermittlung von Standard- und Ist-Kosten inkl. Abweichungsanalysen
  • Inventurbewertung im Rahmen der jeweiligen Abschlüsse
  • Herstellung der betriebswirtschaftlichen Transparenz von der Rohstoffbeschaffung bis zum Transport der Fertigprodukte zum Endkunden
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit und Abstimmung mit den Verantwortlichen entlang der Wertschöpfungskette
  • Ermittlung von Kostenreduzierungs- und Effizienzsteigerungs-Potenzialen
  • Weiterentwicklung der Kennzahlensysteme und des Controllingsystems
  • Analyse und Projekte im Bereich Logistik, Transport und Warenlager
  • Länderübergreifende Analysen und Kalkulationen für Eigen- und Fremdproduktionen

Profil

  • Betriebswirtschaftliches Studium mit Fokus auf Finanzen und Produktion
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktions- und Supplychain-Controlling
  • SAP-Erfahrung (speziell FI/CO/PP/MM)
  • Affinität zu Herstellungsprozessen
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten, Prozessdenken und hohe Zahlenaffinität
  • Zuverlässige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse für das Arbeiten im internationalen Umfeld
  • Gute Kommunikations- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Versierter Umgang mit den gängigen MS Office Anwendungen - insbesondere Excel
