Your future plans

  • ​Manage common portfolio and demand management processes (e.g. Define-, Release-, Control- and Optimize the Portfolio)
  • Manage portfolio management governance and facilitate respective Portfolio boards
  • Set up and structure IT Project Portfolio reports; Knowledge of common project portfolio management tools
  • Contact person for the central IT function and the project manager
  • Monitoring of ongoing projects and needs-based support
  • Ensure and monitor the strategic fit between the IT Strategy and the IT Project Portfolio
  • Gathering of relevant IT key figures and preparation of corresponding analyses for the IT and AG Board

Your powerful skills

  • University degree or comparable apprenticeship as well as first professional relevant experience, preferably in consulting with an energy and/or IT background
  • Excellent Facilitation and presentation skills (German and English)
  • Very good Knowledge of MS Office Tools as well as knowledge of strategies / tools for Stakeholder Management and customer centricity (internal / external)
  • Profound Experience and confidence in networking and building strong relationships with stakeholders across different units, operating companies and management levels
  • Detailed knowledge in establishing and managing projects, programs and processes
  • Strong analytical and optimization skills regarding risks, costs , resources, technologies and processes
  • Detailed view and understanding of group wide IT processes and governance as well as IT governance frameworks (e.g. ITIL)
