Das bringen Sie mit
  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung IT - Ausbildung (oder vergleichbar) mit hoher Affinität zu HR - Prozessen
  • Erfahrung und Freude an der Implementierung und Parametrierung von cloudbasierten Zeitwirtschaftssystemen
  • Neben einem hohen Maß an Dienstleistungsorientierung und kommunikativer Stärke zeigen Sie Einsatzbereitschaft sowie Freude an deutschlandweitem Reisen
Das sind Ihre Aufgaben
  • U msetzung und Kontrolle bei der Einführung von Zeiterfassungssoftware für die Unternehmensgruppe in Deutschland
  • Analyse und Optimierung von Zeitwirtschaftsmodellen
  • Implementierung und Parametrierung der Zeiterfassungssoftware anhand der lokalen Anforderungen in Kooperation mit dem jeweiligen Unternehmen und dem Softwareprovider
  • Beratung, Support und Pflege der Softwarelösung nach erfolgreicher Implementierung
  • Durchführung von Anwenderschulungen (optional/wünschenswert)
  • Ansprechpartner für alle Themen, die Zeiterfassungssoftware betreffen
  • Nach abgeschlossener Implementierung, Übernahme von weiteren HR-Projekten
