Review and selection of application documents for the departments Rejection and invitation of applicants to interviews Initiating acceptances and rejections as well as recruitment and preparing the content of information for the works council submissions Preparing, conducting and following up on job interviews (mainly for productive employees from abroad), including salary negotiations Coordination and technical management of highly qualified back-office staff as well as the immigration and setting-in departments Performing complex interface and coordination tasks with regard to the adjacent processes to the people area, the onboarding team, as well as training and qualification and the corresponding routine organisations Acting as the first point of contact in connection with the selection and recruitment phase for applicants and specialist departments Requirements Successfully completed commercial vocational training with additional qualification Many years of professional experience, ideally in human resources Knowledge of the aviation industry / MRO desirable Good user knowledge of MS Office Very good knowledge of English, further foreign language skills desirable Willingness to work at home and abroad Existing work permit for the EU ServicesIndividual working time arrangements – flexible hourly accountTeamwork – close personal cooperation
