Im Rahmen des anhaltenden Wachstums der Gruppe samt Zukäufen neuer Gesellschaften sucht das Unternehmen in dieser Position einen engagierten Tax Specialist (m/w/d) in Voll- oder Teilzeit. In dieser Rolle treten Sie als dynamischer Allrounder (m/w/d) auf, der/die sich inhaltlich breit aufstellt, das Tax CMS weiterentwickelt und die weitere Prozessoptimierung und Automatisierung der Prozesse unterstützt. Ihre Aufgaben
  • Weiterentwicklung eines Tax Compliance Management Systems sowie Beratung der Gesellschaften der Gruppe
  • Ansprechperson für bei (umsatz-) steuerlichen Fragestellungen aus den Gesellschaften sowie Abstimmung mit dem externen Steuerberater
  • Weiterentwicklung des Verrechnungspreiskonzepts
  • Ermittlung der steuerlichen Positionen für die Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse
  • Mitarbeit bei den Steuererklärungen, Erstellung der E-Bilanzen sowie Begleitung steuerlicher Betriebsprüfungen
  • Laufende Verfolgung und fachliche Umsetzung relevanter Gesetzesänderungen in der gesamten Gruppe, Begleitung der Implementierung in die IT-Systeme (u.a. SAP)
Ihr Hintergrund
  • Ausbildung zum Steuerfachgestellten (m/w/d), Weiterbildung oder Studium mit Schwerpunkt Steuern von Vorteil
  • Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Tax – gerne im internationalen Umfeld – sowie fundierte Kenntnisse des deutschen Steuer- und Handelsrechts
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Tax CMS und Verrechnungspreisdokumentation von Vorteil
  • Freude an der organisierten Arbeit in Prozessen und Projekten, IT-Affinität und ausgeprägte Eigenverantwortung
