• You are directly responsible for the development, implementation, and achievement of the business vision, strategy, plan, financial metrics, and execution for the Trade-In Division
• You are directly responsible for multiple branch operations throughout Europe
• You interact daily with corporate headquarters in the US
• You facilitate daily P&L reporting and analysis in accordance with company standards
• You collaborate and partner with Branch Managers to ensure P&L objectives are met
• You drive and report on P&L during normal daily, weekly, and monthly meetings, facilitating critical discussions and debriefs to establish priorities and resolve issues
• You are responsible for the Division's budget
• You manage the Division to review business progress towards financial targets and business plans, and to establish operational priorities
• You have ownership of compliance with corporate standards and procedures
• You own Customer Program Management along with SLA/KPI performance

• You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations Management, or a similar field. A Master's Degree is preferred.
• You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in Business Operations
• You have a minimum of 8 years of experience working in leadership positions within a fast-growing service-focused organization, preferably in the telecommunications (mobile devices) industry
• You possess strong analytical skills with a thorough understanding of operational P&L and profitability measures
• You have the ability to travel as required (approximately 30%)
• You are a highly effective communicator at all levels with both customers and internally. You are open and direct, with strong oral and written communication skills
• You are comfortable presenting to live and virtual audiences
• You are proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• You have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks concurrently
• You can deal with ambiguity in complex environments
• You are fluent in English, and German language skills are a plus
