Für unser Partnerunternehmen aus dem Gesundheitswesen suchen wir einen Product Owner (m/w/d) im Rahmen der direkten Personalvermittlung (Festanstellung bei unserem Kunden).

In der Rolle als Product Owner übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für die Produktvision und -strategie für die medizinischen / klinischen Softwarelösungen. Dabei agieren Sie als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen den Stakeholdern und steuern den gesamten Projektzyklus.

Ein Start ist ab sofort oder auch zu einem späteren Zeitpunkt möglich.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für die Produktvision und -strategie für innovative klinische Softwarelösungen
  • Erstellung der Product Roadmap und Analyse von IT-Anforderungen
  • Erarbeitung sowie Priorisierung von Stories und Epics
  • Erstellung und Pflege des Product Backlogs
  • Koordination und Kommunikation mit der Softwareentwicklung
  • Steuerung des Projektzyklus, vom Anforderungsmanagement bis zum finalen Go-Live (Release)
  • Internes Stakeholdermanagement und Schaffung von Akzeptanz für neue Softwareprodukte
Ihr Profil
  • Erfahrung in der Produktentwicklung von Softwares
  • Sicherer Umgang mit einschlägigen Projektmanagementtools und -technologien
  • Kenntnisse über agile Methoden
  • (Erste) Kenntnisse über medizinische / klinische Softwares bzw. innovativen Lösungen des Gesundheitswesens sind von Vorteil
  • Analytischer und kommunikativer Charakter mit einer lösungsorientierten Arbeitsweise
