Welche Rolle werden Sie spielen?

In einem internationalen Team erfahrener Architekten und Berater übernehmen Sie nach fundierter Einarbeitung eine Schlüsselrolle in der Planung und Realisierung optimierter Produktentstehungs-, Logistik- und Produktionsprozesse mit Teamcenter in Verbindung mit 3rd-Party-Anwendungen. Unsere Kunden sind mittelständische und große Unternehmen der Fertigungsindustrie in Deutschland ebenso wie in anderen Ländern weltweit, in allen Branchen, vom Einzelfertiger bis zum Großserienhersteller. Sie gestalten mit unseren Kunden gemeinsam neue Wege, um systemübergreifende Prozesse im Umfeld PLM-ERP-MOM effizienter zu gestalten und die Informationen für die beteiligten Mitarbeiter zielgerichtet bereitzustellen.

Die Basis dafür bilden unsere "Active Integration Gateway Solutions", eine Kombination aus in unserem Hause entwickelter Integrationssoftware mit professioneller Prozess- und Systemintegrationsberatung. Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört es, weitestgehend in Eigenverantwortung Prozess- und Lösungsanforderungen gemeinsam mit dem Kunden und Fachkollegen zu erarbeiten, diese Anforderungen selbständig in technische Lösungen zu überführen sowie deren Umsetzung in betriebsbereite Anwendungen zu begleiten. Gleichzeitig bringen Sie sich aktiv bei der Dokumentation von Best Practices und der Definition von zukunftsfähigen Standardlösungen für komplexe systemübergreifende Geschäftsprozesse ein.

Was Sie brauchen, um gemeinsam erfolgreich zu sein?

  • Erfolgreiches Studium der Fachrichtung Ingenieurswesen, (Wirtschafts-)Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Praktische Erfahrungen in der Beratung, Konzipierung und Umsetzung von systemübergreifenden Geschäftsprozessen oder gute Kenntnisse von Prozessen in der Produktentwicklung, der Fertigungsplanung bzw. im ERP Umfeld bei mittleren bis großen Industrieunternehmen
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit PDM / PLM, MES oder ERP-Systemen, Kenntnisse in SAP sind von Vorteil
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Anwendung und Konfiguration von Teamcenter
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen in Kombination mit einer hohen IT Affinität
  • Aktive, teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und hohe Lernbereitschaft
  • Ausgeprägte Kundenorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke sowie sicheres Auftreten
  • Sie betreuen unsere nationalen und internationalen Kunden sowohl auf Deutsch (mind. B2 Niveau) als auch auf Englisch, Kenntnisse in weiteren Sprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Reisebereitschaft und Flexibilität im Rahmen einer hybriden Arbeitsform mit einer ausgewogenen und abwechslungsreichen Mischung aus Homeoffice- und Büroarbeit in Verbindung mit Vor-Ort-Besuchen bei Kunden
