Die Aufgaben:
  • Ausübung der Rolle des Agile/Scrum Masters in Entwicklungsteams (Schwerpunkt Hardware & Embedded Software)
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei der Entwicklung zukünftiger Produktgenerationen durch die Förderung eines motivierenden Arbeitsumfeldes
  • Identifikation und Behebung von Projekthindernissen und -risiken
  • Motivation der Teammitglieder zur agilen Arbeitsweise
  • Vermittlung der agilen Werte und Prinzipien an alle Projektbeteiligte, um ein effizientes, selbstorganisierendes und transparentes Arbeitsumfeld zu schaffen
  • Förderung der Teamentwicklung und Mediation im Team
  • Mitarbeit bei Skalierungsansätzen und bei der nachhaltigen Organisationsentwicklung
dein profil:
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrungen als Scrum Master/ Agile Coach, oder als Product Owner
  • Agiles Mindset und der Wunsch diese im Umfeld zu etablieren und zu pflegen
  • Tiefgreifendes theoretisches und praktisches Fachwissen zu Scrum, Kanban, agilen Frameworks und Skalierungsansätzen (z.B. Nexus, Flight Level)
  • Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Unterstützung von Stakeholdern und Product Ownern im Hinblick auf agile Arbeitsweisen
  • Gute Kenntnisse von Hard- und Softwareentwicklungsprozessen
  • Deutsch und Englisch auf Business Level
