Key Account Manager (m/w/d) Wind Blades

Your Responsibilities

​​​​​​​

  • Managing business relationships with strategic key accounts, including existing customers in addition to new prospects
  • Visiting our global customers to consult them on a technical and commercial level, and to strengthen the relationships
  • Strategic development and implementation of AkzoNobel`s market share and approach in wind blade energy
  • Managing global and regional tenders in coordination with regional teams, in addition to contract implementation
  • Creating and implementing a key account plan for target customers across the globe, in coordination with the marketing plans
  • Developing a relevant commercial pipeline for target customers
  • Managing resources to achieve the KPIs
  • Steering new business development projects
  • Supporting and exchanging knowledge for global key account management with internal teams
  • Carrying out competitor- and market analyses
  • Maintenance in the CRM system
Your Qualifikations
  • Excellent English skills, good German skills preferred
  • Work experience in sales and/or key account management or, alternatively, experience in the paint and coatings industry, or with renewable energy (particularly wind energy)
  • First experience in a multinational environment and affinity for international business operations
  • Passion for renewable energy and great persuasion skills regarding this matter
  • Preferably a Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in a relevant field, for example business administration, economics, or technical engineering in a chemical field
  • Good MS Office skills
  • Driver`s license category B
  • Willingness to travel on an international level
