Deine Aufgaben- Eigenständiges durchführen von Wartungs- und Instandhaltungsaufgaben
- Sicherstellung der Anlagenverfügbarkeit an den Produktionslinien
- Durchführung von Fehleranalysen und Sicherstellung der Maschinenverfügbarkeit
- Optimierungen, Änderungen und Erweiterungen der Produktions- und Montageanlagen nach Vorgabe durchführen
- Durchführen von Dokumentation in unserer Maintenance Software
- Initialisierung von KVP-Maßnahmen in deinem Tätigkeitsbereich
- Anfertigen von Zusatz- oder Hilfseinrichtungen
- Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit
- Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Mechatroniker, Elektrotechniker mit erweiterten mechanischen Fachkenntnissen oder vergleichbar
- Erfahrung in der Fehleranalyse von Produktionsanlagen
- Selbstständige, systematische, analytische und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Fundierte Kenntnisse zur Fehleranalyse in SPS- Steuerungen "Siemens S7, TIA Portal" wie auch in Pneumatik Systemen
- Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Bereitschaft zum Einsatz in flexiblen Schichtsystemen
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse
- Englischkenntnisse erforderlich
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office
- Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung sowie Dienstreisen
