The successful candidate can successfully analyze product data, develop a competitive robust process, considering all tolerance requirements for the latest Automotive Industry materials.

Have a full understanding of the latest high strength materials, product manufacturing, heat treatment and joining technologies.

Deine Aufgaben
Develop and optimize the manufacturing system layouts. Perform product manufacturability analysis. Support of GD&T / Tolerance stack-up analysis, development of Clamping Plans and P-FMEA documentation. Support of process change management and quote development. Support of continuous improvement efforts in Corporate Best Practices, Bench marking activities and Lessons learned. Support global launch activities as required.Wonach wir suchen
Chassis and Body-In-White Welding and Assembly fixture design experience. Flexibility and willingness to travel globally and have valid travel documents. Continuously adhere to and apply the Magna Employee's Charter, the Magna Corporate Constitution, and the Cosma Way of Thinking in all aspects of position and interaction with others Understands and follows established rules, procedures and policies relating to position; Ensure a safe working environment by observing safe work practices and by following all safety policies and procedures; Appreciate and maintain proper level of confidentiality.Deine bevorzugten Qualifikationen
Post-Secondary education e.g. technical school, college, university, special studies or equivalent, trade with shopfloor experience in Automotive manufacturing. Minimum 2 years' work experience in related industry. (Automotive preferred) Excellent German and English skills (fluent in spoken and written, presentation skills) Proficiency in ACAD or similar and Experience with 3D CAD software an asset.
