JOB DESCRIPTION

Sales Associates contribute to the business's revenue and KPI goals by embodying the brand values, providing athletes with a unique experience during their visit to Under Armour. This role reports to Store Managers and is responsible for executing routine tasks to support business operations. In the absence of Stock Specialists, Sales Associates take on their responsibilities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Omnichannel

• Provide direct sales support to athletes to achieve revenue KPI goals set by Retail Store Managers

• Handle omnichannel requests following UA processes and guidelines through digital experiences

Brand Image and Customer Experience

• Embody the UA service culture and customer expectations

• Assist athletes in communicating brand messages following the UA service model

Retail Operation

• Incorporate product knowledge into the sales process through participation in retail operation training

• Maintain standards for products and sales areas

• Adhere to UA policies and procedures

• Perform operational and cash-specific tasks (manually or system-supported) as trained

• Comply with Under Armour's dress code and attendance rules

• Meet work schedules according to Under Armour's attendance policies

Team Collaboration/Self-Development

• Collaborate with team colleagues to achieve business goals

• Take responsibility for personal development and utilize growth opportunities for improved performance

QUALIFICATIONS


• Basic skills in arithmetic, reading, writing, listening, and communication

• Fluent language skills in the local language

• Proficient use of computers and other technologies

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and cooperate well within a team

• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

TYPICAL REQUIREMENTS:


• 0–3 months of work experience in retail, particularly in the sports apparel/footwear sector

• Ability to flexibly adjust work hours according to business needs, including holidays, nights, and weekends
