• Unterstützung bei der Erstellung der Kundensegmente, mithilfe von Kunden- als auch Kanal Analysen, welche bestimmte Kundenbedürfnisse über die komplette Consumer Journey hinweg identifizieren
•Erstellung einer Segmentspezifischen und Kanal übergreifenden NBA-Matrix (Next Best Action), mit deren Hilfe Kunden Probleme und Ziele adressiert und gelöst werden
•Enge Zusammenarbeit mit allen Kanälen um die Aussteuerung der NBA Matrix zu erleichtern, KPI's zu kontrollieren, Performance der Kanäle kontinuierlich zu optimieren mit dem Ziel Neukunden zu gewinnen und den Kundenwert zu erhöhen.
•Enge Zusammenarbeit mit relevanten Stakeholdern um Marketinginitiativen, Programme und Kommunikationsinstrumente unter dem NBA-Dach abzustimmen und den Kunden ein einheitliches und konsistentes Omnichannel-Erlebnis zu bieten.
•Verbesserung der NBA Reichweite innerhalb der etablierten Kanäle durch System Innovationen und Einführung von NBA in offline KanälenDAZU BRINGST DU MIT:
•Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Studium und einschlägige praktische Erfahrungen; idealerweise mit dem Schwerpunkt BWL, Marketing, Digital oder eine vergleichbare (akademische) Ausbildung
•Mindestens 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich CX/ Marketing- und/oder Vertrieb in FMCG oder Agenturen, idealerweise spezialisiert auf Consumer Experience/ Omni-channel Marketing Strategie
•Sehr sicherer Umgang mit MS Office Anwendungen
