We are looking for a Campaign Lead specialized in sports to join our team of skilled individuals.
This role is crucial to our success, involving collaboration both internally and externally. The Campaign Lead will oversee digital advertising initiatives, ensuring the successful delivery and invoicing of all assigned campaigns.

What you will be doing:
- Independently setting up and managing campaigns for clients using our proprietary tools, including the UEFA Champions League.
- Assuring successful campaign launches, monitoring performance, and maintaining high quality standards.
- Developing media plans and optimizing budget allocation across different channels.
- Proposing new ideas for campaign enhancements and refining internal tools for advertising and market research.
- Interacting with clients and their agencies to execute campaigns.
- Collaborating closely with B2B clients and media agencies.
What we need from you:
- A deep passion for sports, particularly football, is essential.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in paid online marketing.
- Proficiency in industry tools like Facebook Business Manager, Instagram, TikTok Ads, GDN, Google Analytics, and Google Ads. Experience with DV360 is a plus.
- Proactive, hands-on approach, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, creative optimization, and basic statistics knowledge.
- Confidence and decisiveness in challenging situations.
- Attentive to detail, even under pressure.
- Independent work ethic and quick learning capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills in English, additional languages are advantageous.
