CarOnSale ist ein Start-Up im Herzen von Berlin. Als Tech-Unternehmen haben wir es uns zur Aufgabe gemacht, reibungslose digitale Prozesse im Automobilhandel europaweit zu ermöglichen. Sei dabei und entwickle mit uns neue, innovative Lösungen für den B2B-Bereich.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du supportest das Operations-Führungsteam in diversen strategischen und operativen Projekten
  • Du identifizierst Potenziale (Prozesseffizienz, Kosten, etc.) und übernimmst End-to-End Verantwortung für die Umsetzung
  • Du bereitest internen und externen Meetings vor und schaust, dass unsere KPI Dashboards immer aktuell sind
  • Du koordinierst das Onboarding von neuen Operations Teammitglieder

Dein Profil

  • 2 Jahre Erfahrung in einem dynamischen und performance-orientierten Umfeld gesammelt (Beratung, Investment Banking, Start-Up)
  • Du arbeitest analytisch und datengetrieben
  • Du besitzt starke Kommunikations-Skills die Du sowohl intern als auch extern einbringst
  • Du zeichnest Dich durch eine starke Ownership-Mentalität aus und treibst Themen proaktiv, effizient und gewissenhaft voran
  • Du hast idealerweise schon erste Erfahrungen gesammelt in der Arbeit mit CRM-Systemen und Business Intelligence Tools (bsp. Salesforce, Freshdesk, Tableau)
  • Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse sind eine Voraussetzung, eine weitere Sprache ist von Vorteil (z.B. Französisch)
  • Vorzugsweise bist Du in der Lage, von unserem Berliner Headquarter aus zu arbeiten
