Praktikant Special Projects and Marketing Operations(m/w/d)

für eine Praktikumsdauer von mindestens sechs Monaten.

Die Position wird in Berlin in unserem Büro in der Backfabrik angesiedelt sein.

HERAUSFORDERUNG

  • Unterstützung beim Budget-Monitoring im Bereich A/P
  • Unterstützung beim Invoicing-Prozess in SAP für die unterschiedlichsten Bereiche des Marketing
  • Mithilfe bei der Erstellung von Management-Präsentationen sowie eigenständige Durchführung vorbereitender Aufgaben (Sales- und Marketinganalysen, Auswertungen im Bereich Client Data, Media-Reports, etc.)
  • Mitarbeit im Bereich eCom und Mithilfe bei der Bearbeitung einzelner Kundenanfragen
  • Mitarbeit bei der Optimierung von Marketing-Prozessen (z.B. Guidelines, Templates, Process Maps)
  • Allgemeine Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft innerhalb des Teams Marketing Europe in den Bereichen Media, PR, Events, CRM und Visual Merchandising

PROFIL

  • Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaft oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Hohe Zahlenaffinität und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich Controlling von Vorteil
  • Begeisterung für Luxusgüter und/oder hochwertige Uhren
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Umgang mit SAP oder vergleichbaren ERP-Systemen von Vorteil
  • Hervorragende Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse des gesamten MS Office-Paketes
