Seit Oatly im März 2018 im deutschen Lebensmitteleinzelhandel gestartet ist, werden wir von der Nachfrage überrannt. Hafer hat innerhalb weniger Monate Soja als Nr. 1 Kategorie abgelöst und unsere Barista Edition ist der mit Abstand erfolgreichste Markenartikel unter den Milchalternativen und ist aus keinem Spezialitäten-Café mehr wegzudenken.
Aus unserer Berliner Haferzentrale heraus steuern wir alle Aktivitäten für das DACH Gebiet. Mit unserem großartigen Team verfolgen wir – die Pioniere der Post Milk Generation - die Mission, Menschen zu einer bewussteren, pflanzenbetonten Ernährung zu bewegen, ohne dabei Spaß oder guten Geschmack einbüßen zu müssen.

Als Sales Coordinator (m/w/d) ist es Deine Mission unsere Key Account Manager*innen tatkräftig zu unterstützen. Du bist die gute Seele des Sales Teams und bei Dir laufen alle Fäden zusammen. Dabei behältst Du den Überblick und weißt jederzeit ganz genau, was gerade bei unseren Kund*innen los ist. Mit Deiner Hilfe gelingt es uns, die Sales-Strategie bei den Kund*innen umzusetzen. Dabei ziehen wir alle am selben Strang und sorgen für die "plant based revolution".
Dein AufgabenbereichDu unterstützt die Key Accounter*innen in Ihrer täglichen Arbeit und bildest mit Ihnen ein unschlagbares GespannDu bist Hands On dabei und kümmerst Dich um die Umsetzung von Listungen, Aktionen und der Erfüllung sonstiger Wünsche unserer Kund*innenOb Forecast, Stammdaten oder sonstige KPIs - Du hast den Überblick und hältst alles up to dateDu bist Ansprechpartner*in für unsere Kund*innen bei Rückfragen zu Rechnungen, Stammdaten & Co.Du betreust gemeinsam mit deinen wundervollen Kolleg*Innen unsere Auftritte auf verschiedenen HandelsmessenDu bereitest gemeinsam mit den Key Accounter*innen Kundentermine und Jahresgespräche vorAnforderungenDu hast bereits Erfahrung im Vertrieb oder einer vergleichbaren TätigkeitDu hast erste Erfahrungen in der FMCG Branche, bestenfalls dem LebensmittelhandelDu bist umsetzungsorientiert und packst die Dinge an, damit aus Strategien und Konzepten echte Erfolgsstorys werdenDu liebst es zu koordinieren, zu organisieren und zu analysierenDu hast Lust Dich im Vertrieb weiterzuentwickeln, hast eine Leidenschaft fürs Verkaufen und kannst dir perspektivisch vorstellen, regionale Kundenverantwortung zu übernehmenDas MS Office-Paket kennst Du wie Deine Westentasche und wir können von Dir noch den ein oder anderen Trick lernenDu kommunizierst fließend auf Deutsch und sicher auf EnglischDu bist ein Teamplayer, hast Dein Herz am richtigen Fleck und bist hoch motiviert die Welt etwas besser zu machenBenefits
