Senior IT Architect Communication Project & Platforms (m/w/d)

Wochenarbeitszeit: Vollzeit 38 h/ Woche

Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und Englisch

Das erwartet dich als Senior Architect (m/w/d)
  • Analyse kundenspezifischer Herausforderungen bei der Digitalisierung der Kommunikationsinfrastruktur
  • Beratung, Anleitung und Training unserer Kund*innen im Bereich M365 mit Schwerpunkt Microsoft Teams
  • Konzepterstellung von komplexen und portfolioübergreifenden Lösungen
  • Präsentation des Portfolios und Gewinnung von Kund*innen in Form von Akquise Tätigkeiten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Portfolios mit im Bereich Unified Communications
  • Fachexpert*in für die Technologien wie Unified Communications, Skype for Business, Audiocodes, Microsoft Teams, M365 und deren Schnittstellen
  • Kenntnisse im Bereich Microsoft Azure und Netzwerktechnologien
  • Souveräner Umgang in sehr schwierigen Situationen mit Großkund*innen in hochkomplexen Projekten
Das bringst du im Bereich Communication Projects & Platforms mit
  • Technische Beraterpersönlichkeit mit weitreichendem Technologieverständnis im Bereich Unified Communications, Audiocodes SBCs, Microsoft Teams und M365, TK-Applikationen und Peripherie
  • Langjährige praxiserprobte Berufserfahrungen und Kenntnisse im Bereich Audiocodes SBCs und insbesondere im Bereich Consulting mit Schwerpunkt auf Microsoft
  • Technologien und im Bereich Unified Communications
  • Mehrjährige fundierte Methodenkenntnisse, insbesondere bei der Beratung und Begleitung von Kundenprojekten im Bereich Unified Communications
  • Ausgezeichnete analytische Fähigkeiten sowie Abstraktionsvermögen
  • Souveräner Umgang mit Kund*innen mit hoher Kundenorientierung
  • Hohe Kreativität und lösungsorientiertes Denken
  • Innovations- und Begeisterungsfähigkeit
