Aufgaben
  • Umfassende Planung, Bauausführung und Qualitätssicherung von Bauprojekten
  • Führen von Bauteams und Koordination von Bauprojekten
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Bauvorschriften, Normen und Best Practices
  • Detaillierte Kenntnisse von Baustellen und der Baumethoden, Werkzeuge und Materialien
  • Budgetverwaltung, Kostenkontrolle und Ressourcenzuweisung in Bauprojekten
  • Organisation, Führung und Problemlösung im Baumanagement
  • Identifizierung von Herausforderungen und Entwicklung von Lösungsstrategien
  • Kommunikation mit internen Teams, Auftragnehmern, Behörden und Stakeholdern
Anforderungen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bauingenieurwesen, Bauwesen oder einem verwandten Bereich
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrungen im Baumanagement, idealerweise in leitender Position
  • Kenntnisse in Bauprojektmanagement-Tools und Software
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Erfahrung in Vertragsverhandlungen mit Auftragnehmern
  • Selbstmotivation und Fähigkeit zur proaktiven Problemlösung
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und Fähigkeit, unter Druck zu arbeiten
