Your tasks will include not only defining the low-voltage distribution system, but also developing its components and liaising with regulatory partners and suppliers. Conception and design of airworthy systems up to certification readiness Formulation and review of system, subsystem and equipment requirements in accordance with current airworthiness standards Development and validation of tests and preparation of test setups for the low-voltage distribution system Close collaboration with other teams in system development with regard to design, interfaces and control Identifying potential suppliers, contacting them and assessing their capabilities Participation in flight test campaigns for comprehensive product validation Continuous review and optimisation of technical concepts, tools and methods Requirements Degree in electrical engineering, electronics or a related field Several years of successful professional experience in the aerospace industry in the area of responsibility described above Sound knowledge of EASA/FAA regulations and guidelines as well as relevant industry standards Practical experience with requirements management tools, aerospace development, EMI and equipment qualification In-depth understanding of aircraft electrical distribution systems at system and equipment level Experience in safety-critical development processes and functional safety in the aerospace industry ServicesTeam spirit – a dynamic team full of young, highly motivated and passionate talents as well as regular team events that promote cohesion and strengthen the sense of unityFlat hierarchies – room for personal development and the philosophy of learning from mistakes
