Clinical Study Assistant (m/f/d)

Your tasks:
  • administrative tasks in the area of study coordination
  • On-site or digital support for clinical trial centers as part of clinical trials of medical devices, in particular digital health applications ("medical app on prescription") or an in vitro diagnostic device
  • Monitoring and documentation of study inclusions and subsequent visits
  • proactive communication with study doctors and study participants
  • Provision of registration documents
  • Communication with ethics committees and higher federal authorities
  • Maintaining study databases and, if necessary, data entry
  • Data retrieval and preparation for statistical evaluations
  • Support with study documentation and presentation of results
  • occasional assistance with administrative tasks
  • Implementation of the legal requirements of MDR, MPDG and IVDR or of studies outside these regulations

Professional and personal qualification:
  • Training as a medical documentary or study assistant (study nurse) or clinical research associate with experience outside the AMG
  • Knowledge and experience in so-called decentralized digital studies or willingness to familiarise yourself with them
  • very good MS Office skills (especially Excel)
  • good understanding of medical issues and basic knowledge of scientific work
  • very good written and spoken German and English skills
  • strong communication skills, good language
  • very high reliability and conscientiousness
  • independent, very careful, structured and results-oriented action
  • very good time and priority management as well as high organizational skills and a high level of service orientation, humor and authenticity
  • reliable and situational presentation techniques for decision makers
