Einleitung

Wir suchen ab Januar 2024 für mindestens 3 bis 6 Monate zur Verstärkung unseres Teams in München motivierte Studierende, die Praxiserfahrung im M&A in einer international tätigen Boutique-Investmentbank mit einem starken Dealflow sammeln möchten.

Saxenhammer berät in den Bereichen M&A, Tech-M&A, Special Situations M&A, und Debt Financing Unternehmen des deutschen Mittelstands sowie junge, technologierorientierte Unternehmen bei der Durchführung von Unternehmensverkäufen und -zukäufen, Kapitalerhöhungen und Finanzierungen.

Mit über 300 erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Transaktionen haben wir in sämtlichen Industrien umfangreiches Branchen-Know-how aufgebaut und entwickeln mit unseren Kollegen in Berlin, München, Frankfurt und London passgenaue Lösungen für unsere Mandanten. Als Exklusivpartner des internationalen M&A-Netzwerks CDI Global in Deutschland beraten wir regelmäßig bei grenzüberschreitenden Transaktionen und profitieren von der umfangreichen Industrieexpertise unserer Partner.

Aufgaben
  • Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung von Pitch-Präsentationen, Teasern und Informations-memoranda
  • Du identifizierst potentielle Investoren oder Targets zur Erstellung von Longlists/Shortlists
  • Du erstellst Branchen-, Unternehmens- und Wettbewerbsanalysen und übernimmst Recherche-Tätigkeiten
  • Du ünterstützt bei der Erstellung von integrierten Finanzmodellen und Unternehmensbewertungen
  • Du unterstützt bei der Kommunikation mit Investoren entlang des M&A-Prozesses sowie bei der Durchfürhung von Due-Diligence-Aktivitäten
Qualifikation
  • Du studierst Wirtschaftswissenschaften, einen vergleichbaren Studiengang oder hast einfach eine Leidenschaft für M&A oder Investmentbanking entwickelt
  • Du überzeugst durch ein hohes Maß an Einsatzbereitschaft, Teamfähigkeit und ein gutes Verständnis für Geschäftsmodelle und wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Du besitzt ausgeprägte analytische, konzeptionelle und kommunikative Fähigkeiten und Teamgeist
  • Du hast eine sehr gute Auffassungsgabe und kannst dich schnell in neue Themen- und Fragestellungen einarbeiten
  • Du besitzt beste Kenntnisse in MS Office
  • Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (jeweils mind. C1), weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein Plus
