In dieser Rolle wirst du insbesondere
  • den End-to-End Recruiting Prozess vom Briefing über das Führen von Interviews bis zur Vertragsunterschrift von Fach- und Führungskräften übernehmen
  • eine optimale Candidate-Experience gewährleisten, um Talente langfristig zu binden
  • Sourcing-Strategien für die von dir betreuten Fachbereiche entwickeln
  • Prozesse optimieren & externe Dienstleister steuern
  • neue Recruitingtools und -ansätze pilotieren und implementieren

| REMOTE WORK POLICY

Du kannst in dieser Rolle hybrid remote aus dem Office in Hamburg arbeiten (~2-3 Tage pro Woche).

Solltest Du für diese Rolle nach Hamburg umziehen oder reisen müssen, dann werden Deine Kosten übernommen.
