Als Teil einer großen, globalen HR-Abteilung wirst du Schnittstellen zu anderen HR-Funktionen haben und somit ein breites Spektrum an Erfahrungen sammeln.
- Organisation von Events: Setze DE&I-Events und Workshops um – angefangen bei der Planung bis hin zur konkreten Vorbereitung und Durchführung
- Entwicklung von Kommunikation: Erstelle Texte und Unterlagen für die interne Kommunikation sowie Schulungen und Veranstaltungen
- Begleitung des Leadership Talent Programms: Unterstütze die Organisation und Durchführung eines internen Führungskräfteprogramms für Female High Potentials
- Erstellung von Präsentationen: Erstelle anschauliche und informative Präsentationen für Meetings, Veranstaltungen und Schulungen
- Aufbereitung von Daten: Erstelle auf Basis von internen Umfragen und Daten Zusammenfassungen und Präsentationen
- Zusammenarbeit mit Stakeholdern: Arbeite eng mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zusammen, z. B. Agenturen, der Kommunikationsabteilung sowie anderen HR-Funktionen
- Administrative Unterstützung: Unterstütze das DE&I-Team in sämtlichen Aufgaben des Tagesgeschäfts
Deine Macherqualitäten
- Ausbildung: Laufendes oder abgeschlossenes Studium im Bachelor- oder Masterstudium (die Studienrichtung ist sekundär)
- Interesse für DE&I: Du hast Interesse am Thema Diversity, Equity & Inclusion und hast dich bereits damit beschäftigt
- Praktische Erfahrung: Du hast bereits praktische Erfahrungen in einem Unternehmen gesammelt (z. B. durch Praktika, nicht zwingend im Bereich DE&I)
- Proaktiv und engagiert: Du bist hoch motiviert, zuverlässig und zeigst ein sehr hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, Selbstständigkeit und Engagement
- Organisationstalent und Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten: Du hast sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten und gehst strukturiert an Aufgaben heran; die Koordination von Projekten macht dir Spaß und du bleibst auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld flexibel und organisiert
- Tools & Technik: Du fühlst dich sicher im Umgang mit Microsoft Office-Tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Kommunikationsfähigkeiten: Du arbeitest sehr gerne im Team und kommunizierst strukturiert, freundlich und klar in Wort und Schrift; du bringst sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse mit und gute bis sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
