Deine Aufgaben

Als Team Lead Accounting bist Du aktiver Teil des Finance-Teams und bist für die Steuerung und Führung der Finanzbuchhaltung inklusive der Tochtergesellschaften verantwortlich. Du hast dabei insbesondere die gesetzlichen Grundlagen des HGB und die steuerliche Gesetzgebung stehts im Blick. Zu deinen Aufgaben gehören:

Die fachliche und disziplinarische Führung sowie die Weiterentwicklung unseres Accounting Teams (3 Mitarbeiter*innen)
Mitwirkung im operativen Tagesgeschäft sowie entsprechende Optimierung bestehender Prozesse
Administration des DMS-Systems der papierlosen Belegverarbeitung
Liquiditätsmanagement und damit einhergehend die Erstellung und Kontrolle von Zahlläufen
Koordinierung und Optimierung des internen Abschlusserstellungsprozesse für drei deutsche Gesellschaften sowie den Konzern
Termingerechte Erstellung der Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Controlling
Verantwortlich für die monatliche, quartalsweise und jährliche Konsolidierung aller Gesellschaften der Unicepta Gruppe nach HGB inkl. Optimierung der Intercompany-Prozesse
Ansprechpartner für verbundene Unternehmen und Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Reporting- und Konsolidierungsprozess in Lucanet
Ansprechpartner für Steuerberater und Wirtschaftsprüfer
Zielgerechte Steuerung von Projekten im Accounting (z.B. die Einführung von neuen Tools)

Dein Profil
Du hast ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen oder besitzt eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung mit kaufmännischem oder steuerfachlichem Fokus
Du bringst mehrjährige fundierte, qualifizierte Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung mit, idealerweise auch in einer Steuerkanzlei oder der Wirtschaftsprüfung
Du besitzt Erfahrung mit komplexen buchhalterischen und steuerlichen Sachverhalten, insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit der Konzernkonsolidierung
In der täglichen Arbeit überzeugst Du durch Sorgfalt, Genauigkeit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise und zeichnest Dich durch ein hohes Maß an Selbstständigkeit und Eigenverantwortung aus
Eine lösungsorientierte und strukturierte Arbeitsweise, sowie Teamfähigkeit, Veränderungsbereitschaft und Empathie runden Dein Profil ab
Mit Microsoft Office Programmen gehst du routiniert um
Idealerweise hast Du Erfahrung mit Sage 100, Docuware und Lucanet
Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch & Englisch (in Wort und Schrift)
