Experienced Green-FinOps Consultant (m/w/d)Aufgaben
  • Setze dein bisheriges Wissen im FinOps oder GreenOps Bereich umfänglich ein: plane, manage und realisiere Projekte in Übereinstimmung mit den Erwartungen und Geschäftsanforderungen des Kunden
  • Entwickle GreenOps Best Practices für uns mit unseren Kunden stetig weiter und halte dich immer auf dem neusten Stand der Entwicklungen in diesem innovativen Themenfeld
  • Dabei bist du immer in Kontakt mit den Stakeholdern und berätst und unterstützt unsere Ansprechpartner über den kompletten FinOps Lifecycle hinweg
  • Dein Kommunikationstalent nutzt du, um mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern aus Business, Finanzen und IT zielgruppengerecht zu interagieren
  • Du entwickelst zudem FinOps Best Practices und teilst diese mit der Community oder auf Konferenzen
  • Dein Wissen gibst du gerne weiter: du erstellst und hältst FinOps Trainings und Talks, du verfasst aber auch mal den ein oder anderen Blogpost
  • Immer die Zukunft im Blick treibst du die Entwicklung von FinOps Inhalten innerhalb der Reply Deutschland SE voran, sowie gemeinsam mit der FinOps Foundation
  • Arbeite mit uns an der stetigen Erweiterung des Angebots um spannende neue Möglichkeiten, wie zum Beispiel die Nutzung von AI für FinOps

Qualifikationen
  • Wir freuen uns über dein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, (Wirtschafts-)Mathematik oder ähnlichem
  • Du hast bereits Erfahrungen mit der Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Cloud Zertifizierungen (AWS, GCP, Azure) oder FinOps Practitioner Zertifizierungen sind von Vorteil, als auch erste Erfahrungen mit Cloud-Kostenmanagement-Tools
  • Du hast Erfahrung im Management von IT-Projekten (z.B. mit Scrum, Kanban oder Wasserfallmethodik)
  • Die Kundenzufriedenheit liegt dir am Herzen. Du hast eine ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, verstehst es Probleme zu lösen und hast ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
  • Du hast Spaß an anspruchsvollen Aufgaben und bringst die nötige Flexibilität und Freude an Herausforderungen in einem schnelllebigen Umfeld mit
  • Sehr gute Englisch und Deutschkenntnisse und eine gelegentliche Reisebereitschaft runden dein Profil ab
