For our European headquarters in Hamburg-Allermöhe we are looking for you with immediate effect as Product Owner (m/f/d).Your tasks
  • Defining the roadmap for the Louis online store together with other product owners and stakeholders
  • Recording and evaluating (in terms of strategy fit and business value) the requirements of the specialist departments
  • Stakeholder management
  • Continuous optimization of the usability of the Louis online store ("mobile first")
  • Evaluating new technologies and their potential to strengthen our eCommerce business
  • Working according to agile methods (Scrum) with the support of a Scrum Master
  • Breaking down business requirements into epics, user stories and technical requirements
  • Maintaining and prioritizing the team backlog in coordination with other product owners
  • Responsibility for the reliable delivery of planned features
  • Coordination of an international development team
Your profile
  • Successfully completed studies in the field of business, computer science or equivalent professional experience
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner in an online environment, preferably in the eCommerce sector
  • A strong sense of responsibility and a pronounced sense of initiative characterize you as well as high social competence and good communication skills
  • Strong analytical, strategic and coordinating skills
  • Leadership attitude and high motivation to lead virtual teams
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of business and technology to assess technical feasibility
  • Solid understanding and practical experience with agile development methods
  • The job requires occasional international travel
  • Fluent English
