Your tasks at CEWE:

You work in the MAIC (Mobile & Artificial Intelligence Campus) team. The team, which is excluded from operational business, is active in various research fields and develops AI-based solutions, among other things, to simplify and enrich the ordering and design processes for customers. The team is also working on voice-based user interfaces and in particular on CEWE's chatbot for customer service. We are looking for you to set up, operate and further develop our internal LLM-based services in collaboration with the relevant departments. Become part of a dynamic team with maximum creative freedom

Your tasks in detail:

  • You improve an internal company chatbot using LLMs, RAG and fine-tuning LLMs
  • They operate open source LLMs and adapt them for CEWE
  • You are significantly involved in building an infrastructure for AI services (ML-OPS).
  • You are working on the development of Multimodal Generative AI
  • Your area of ​​responsibility also includes training machine learning models


Your skills:
  • You have successfully completed a degree in computer science or comparable training, ideally with a focus on AI
  • You have practical knowledge of training neural networks, especially with TensorFlow, Keras or PyTorch
  • You have already gained experience in providing AI services via web services or are ready to gain knowledge
  • You are familiar with the use of LLMs and ideally also with fine-tuning
  • You have already successfully applied Retrieval Augmented Generated Generation techniques
  • You are always motivated to further your education in the field of machine learning, especially in the area of ​​generative AI
  • You are characterized by the ability to work in a team and good communication skills, even across team boundaries
