Deine Hauptaufgabe liegt in der proaktiven Betreuung unserer IT-Infrastruktur sowie in der Sicherstellung der Qualität und Funktionalität unserer Projekte. Dazu erhältst du einen Einblick in diverse Projekte mit fundierter Einarbeitung in deine Aufgaben.
Dein Aufgabengebiet
- Im Rahmen deiner Tätigkeit überprüfst du täglich diverse Applikationen auf Fehlermeldungen und behebst die gefundenen Fehler im Eintrittsfall.
- Du hältst unsere Applikationen, Containerplattformen und Datenbanken instand.
- Du nimmst Second-Level-Support Tickets an, analysierst diese und behebst ggf. Fehler.
- Du befindest dich im regelmäßigen Informationsaustausch mit deinen Kolleg:innen sowie unseren Kunden über Status und anstehende Aufgaben.
- Du installierst neue Applikationen auf Windows oder Linux Servern.
Deine Kenntnisse
- Du hast einen Hochschulabschluss im MINT-Bereich oder eine adäquate Berufsausbildung.
- Du bist motiviert Fehler zu analysieren und zu beheben.
- Du bist ein echter Teamplayer und verfügst zudem über ausgeprägte technische, analytische, organisatorische sowie kommunikative Skills.
- Du hast idealerweise bereits Grundkenntnisse in Open Text ALM Octane, Planview Hub, Jenkins, Grafana, Microsoft Azure, Openshift, Linux oder Postman. Du besitzt keine Grundkenntnisse? Kein Problem, solange du offen dafür bist, dich schnell in diese Tools einzuarbeiten.
