DAS MACHEN SIE BEI UNS

Sie sind für den Ausbau der Service Line in Deutschland operativ und strategisch verantwortlich u.a.:

  • Betreuung und Ausbau der Kundenplattform und Netzwerke
  • Erstellung von Angeboten und Pitches zur Neukunden-Akquise
  • "Thought Leadership" Veröffentlichungen zu Trends und Durchführung von Kundenveranstaltungen
  • Professionalisierung und Ausbau der Dienstleistung und -qualitäten (u.a. regelmäßige Prüfung und Ausbau der Datenquellen, Visualisierungen und Präsentationen)
  • Weiterentwicklung des Teams in Deutschland, Mitarbeiterführung und -entwicklung
  • Erstellung von Arbeitsmarkt- und Standortanalysen sowie Ableitung von Arbeitsmarkt und Mitarbeiter-Trends auf Basis von aussagekräftigen Datenanalysen (Datenbanken und primäre Quellen)
  • Erläuterung sowie Abstimmung der Ergebnisse und Handlungsempfehlungen mit Kunden in gemeinsamen Workshops und mit verschiedenen Disziplinen
  • Wahrnehmung einer europäischen Rolle inkl. Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Service Line für den kontinentaleuropäischen Markt und Reporting an das europäische Board
DAS HABEN SIE ZU BIETEN
  • Mind. 5 Jahre Erfahrung in der Unternehmensberatung oder einem Unternehmen im Bereich Standortexpansion oder Erfahrungen mit Arbeitsmarktanalysen und Länderrisiko-Vergleichen im Rahmen von Standortentscheidungen
  • Akademischer Abschluss in Internationales Management, Geographie, Geopolitik, BWL oder vergleichbar
  • Erfahrung mit der Nutzung von Datenbank und -analyse von Arbeitsmarktstatistiken, Nutzer- und Geoinformationsdaten
  • Gute zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten, Teamfähigkeit sowie Freude am Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Kunden im internationalen und interkulturellen Kontext
  • Führungserfahrung von Vorteil, ebenso Kenntnisse zu Fördermittelstrukturen, Netzwerkplanung
  • Gute zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten und Freude am Umgang mit unterschiedlichen Kunden im internationalen und interkulturellen Kontext
  • Ausgeprägte MS-Office-Kenntnisse und Erfahrung mit Geoinformationssystemen wie ArcGIS
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse. Idealerweise Sprachkenntnisse in einer weiteren europäischen Sprache
