We are looking for a motivated and driven Product Owner (m/f/d) - Bus Partner Cost and Profit Optimization who will help us to build products and services to enable and scale our global business excellence.
Flix' success is based on long-term partnerships with our bus partners with whom we share responsibilities for cost and revenues. The Business Development Tech Services team develops a web application to support our bus partner managers in minimizing productions costs and hence in improving the profitability of our partnership. Additionally, the generated data is an important enabler for other departments and global projects.
You will join a growing, cross-functional and product-focused team and own its product development. The product is being used by various internal business stakeholders across the globe and has a profound impact on our vision to provide green and affordable mobility to everyone.
Your Tasks – Paint the world green- You own and develop further the product vision, goals, and a strategy to achieve them
- You work with a diverse group of stakeholders based in our headquarters as well as users in our local offices around the globe to align on expectations and opportunities
- You build a bridge between the product team and the users, without being a proxy
- You identify use cases that enable internal users and stakeholders to achieve their business objectives
- You develop a deep understanding of the business development domain and, above all, of your product
- You communicate the complexity of the product in an intuitive way to non-experts and stakeholders
- You support the adoption of our product and the ensuing changes to business processes
- You define success criteria to measure your product's impact on the users and their work
- You own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog, in line with the strategic vision and business priorities
With your innovative mindset, you put users first and get excited about establishing a global data product in a world of diverse local business needs.
- You bring 3+ years of professional experience as a product owner, ideally of a data product
- You have worked closely with business stakeholders in the past
- You are able to find consent in an environment where different stakeholders have different requirements
- You have strong analytical and abstract thinking skills and are not afraid of formulas
- You have a curious mindset and continuously challenge the status quo to never stop innovating
- You have a deep understanding of agile principles and know how to apply them on a daily basis
- You are a strong communicator with excellent English fluency
- You have profound interpersonal and negotiation skills
- You leverage analytics to spot and evaluate product opportunities
- You are a true team-player, full of empathy and intuition
