Finance Specialist Accounting & Billing (m/w/d)

Standort: Bamberg, Landshut, Leipzig, München-Nord

Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit


Deine Aufgaben
  • Projektbezogene Abrechnung mit Verantwortlichkeit für den gesamten Prozessablauf
    • Auftrags- und Zeitenerfassung
    • Abstimmung mit Projektleiter:innen
    • Rechnungsstellung und Gutschriftenbearbeitung / Reverse Debiting
    • Ermittlung von Abgrenzungen
    • Budgetkontrolle in den Projekten
    • Erstellung von ad hoc-Auswertungen
  • IC-Abstimmungen im Konzern und in der mgm-Gruppe
  • Buchung von Vorgängen aus dem Kreditoren-, Debitoren- und Sachkontenbereich
  • Kontenklärung, Mahnwesen sowie Zahlungswesen
  • Buchhalterischer und projektbezogener Support bei Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen
Das solltest Du mitbringen
  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, ein betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Buchhalterisches Knowhow (gerne auch in der Abschlusserstellung), erste Berufserfahrung in der Projektabrechnung wünschenswert
  • Ausgeprägtes Verantwortungsbewusstsein, ein hohes Maß an Engagement, Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Gut strukturierte Arbeitsweise, analytisches Denken und eine schnelle Auffassungsgabe
  • Versiert im Umgang mit allen MS-Office-Programmen, insbesondere Excel
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
