Leitung des Portfolios und lokalen Portfolioteams für die Produktkategorie Beizmittel inklusive Verantwortung für Key Accounts.

Hauptaufgaben:

Regelt die Implementierung der Beizmittelstrategie mit Auswirkung auf Verkaufs- und Marktanteilsziele Leitet das Portfolio Team für Beizmittel Verantwortet den Marketing Mix für Beizmittel Verantwortet das B2B- und Key Account Management für Beizmittel Führt Preis-Volumen Analysen durch für bestehende Produkte sowie neue Produktkonzepte und bestimmt die optimale Preisgestaltung Beobachtet und analysiert Wettbewerbsprodukte und deren Positionierung sowie Marktanforderungen und -entwicklungen Identifiziert neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und Kundenwünsche und entwickelt entsprechende Implementierungs- und Budgetpläne Agiert als nationales Kompetenzzentrum für Beizmittel – intern sowie extern hinsichtlich wichtiger Experten, Ansprechpartner und Kunden für Beizmittel

Berufserfahrung und Qualifikationen

Universitätsabschluss in Agrarwissenschaften bzw. vergleichbarer Abschluss mit mindestens fünfjähriger Berufserfahrung in der Pflanzenschutzindustrie in Deutschland Exzellente Kenntnisse des deutschen Pflanzenschutz- und Beizmittelmarktes Profundes Wissen für Produktmanagement und -marketing Starke strategische, innovative und kundenorientierte Denkweise sowie der Fähigkeit, zukünftige Markttrends und Marktchancen vorauszusehen Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Präsentationskenntnisse Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
